How we deliver turnkey automation projects
Every project follows the same four-stage approach. Engineering, build and commissioning are all delivered in-house by our team.
Discovery and consultation
We meet with your engineering, quality and production teams to understand the production challenge, the regulatory framework and the constraints of the line. We document the requirements and confirm the scope before any design work starts.
Design and build
Our mechanical, electrical, controls, vision and software engineers design the system in-house. We build, integrate and run a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at our facility before anything ships to your site.
Install and commission
On-site installation, integration with your existing line, and Site Acceptance Test (SAT). For regulated environments we deliver IQ, OQ and PQ documentation alongside the equipment.
Ongoing support
Long-term service, calibration, software updates, and engineering support. Your system is supported across its working life by the team that built it with an annual SLA.

CIJ, TIJ and laser coding, with inline barcode verification – permanent product identification and serialisation built into every line we deliver.

Robotic handling, palletising and machine tending alongside custom industrial software, AI vision and MES/ERP data integration – the full stack engineered as one.
