How production software and integration works
Every software solution follows the same four-step data cycle, running continuously across the production line.
Capture
Inspection results, code reads, label prints, machine state and production counts are captured at every step of the line. Cameras, scanners, PLCs and printers all feed in.
Process
Data is processed against quality rules, AI models or production recipes. AI vision classifies defects, label software validates content against the master record, audit logic records every transaction.
Connect
Validated data is pushed to MES, ERP, QMS and warehouse systems via standard interfaces — OPC UA, REST, SQL, file drops. Track-and-trace platforms get serialisation data in real time.
Report
Dashboards, audit trails, traceability reports and OEE metrics are produced for engineering, quality and management teams. Regulatory submission data is generated to the required format.

Track-and-trace platform integration, GMP-compliant data logging and 21 CFR Part 11 audit trails. Aggregation, parent-child relationship logging and regulatory submission data flows.
Custom industrial software and integration
Bespoke software engineered for your specific production challenge – PLC code, HMI applications, vision software, data layer and reporting. Integration of inspection, labelling, coding and serialisation data into MES, ERP, QMS and warehouse systems.
