How robotic material handling works
Every robotic cell follows the same four-step cycle, running continuously at production speed.
Detect
Vision systems and sensors locate the product, component or pallet. Position, orientation and identity are confirmed before the robot moves.
Decide
The control system selects the right path, grip and target position based on the detected object and the production recipe. AI and adaptive routines handle variable presentations.
Move
The robot picks, places, palletises or transfers the unit at the speed and accuracy required by the line. Industrial, collaborative or mobile robots are specified to the application.
Verify
Vision confirms the move was successful – product placed correctly, pallet correctly stacked, no missed picks. Every cycle is logged for traceability and OEE reporting.
