Laser Printers for Coding & Marking
AIS Vision Automation supplies Macsa ID laser coding and marking systems for permanent, high-quality marking on cardboard, glass, ceramics, PET, PVC, metal and film – including expiry, lot/batch and serialisation across boxes, bottles, blister packs and cans.

How Laser Coding Works
Laser coding uses a focused beam of light to create permanent marks on the substrate by removing, discolouring or engraving the surface. There are no consumables – no inks, no ribbons, no solvents – which means lower running cost and minimal maintenance. The mark itself is permanent, won’t smudge, won’t rub off, and meets the durability requirements of serialisation and UDI compliance.
Macsa ID’s range covers CO2 lasers for packaging (boxes, bottles, blister packs in FMCG and regulated production), fibre lasers for metal and durable plastics, and UV lasers for high-contrast marking on heat-sensitive substrates. Different enclosure options match the line speed, footprint and substrate combinations of each application.
