100% Inline Label Inspection
The V275 mounts to the face of a thermal printer or applicator and grades every label as it prints – validating 1D and 2D barcodes to ISO standards, running OCV/OCR on variable text fields, and detecting blemishes, missing print and label position errors.
Failed labels are automatically flagged and rejected, with full audit trails for 21 CFR Part 11 regulated environments. The V275 is compatible with most label printer and applicator brands, including the integrated package with the Zebra ZT600 supplied by AIS.
