Our Story
AIS Vision Automation was founded in 1998 with a simple conviction: that manufacturers in regulated industries deserve automation partners who understand both the engineering and the compliance demands they face. What began as a small specialist team has grown into a full-service automation house, but our approach hasn’t changed. We still design, build and commission every system in-house, and we still measure ourselves by whether the systems we deliver are still running reliably years later.
Today our mechanical, electrical, controls and vision engineers work together under one roof, giving our customers a single point of accountability from first specification through to validation, handover and lifetime support.

Much of our work serves industries where product identification and traceability are non-negotiable. That focus has shaped who we are. Our systems are engineered to meet GS1, ISO 15415, ISO 15416 and ANSI standards, and we routinely support Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing and the documentation that regulated production requires. It’s exacting work, and it’s the work we’ve built our team around.

Design & Build
Our in-house team engineers the complete system – mechanical, electrical, controls and vision – and builds it to specification.
Install & Commission
We install on site, commission against your acceptance criteria, and validate that every requirement is met before handover.
Ongoing Support
Our local service teams provide lifecycle support, calibration, spare parts and upgrades for the life of the system.
